All abilities welcome and all materials supplied (you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat).

Please arrive five to ten minutes before class begins & wear loose &/or layered clothing.

*FIVE WEEK BLOCK PASS is for Thursday July 30, Aug 6, 13, 20, & 27th, 9-10.30am. If you miss a class this can be used for the next block. If you wish to buy a block pass once it has begun please email glorymclarenvale@gmail.com
