Tumbling Tribe is excited to launch our new Stretching & Flexibility Class!

Designed to help athletes improve flexibility and mobility, this class is led by two experienced athletes who understand the importance of properly stretching and strengthening muscles (crucial for injury prevention!💪🏻)

📅 Mondays from 6:00–7:00 PM

All skill levels are welcome!

+ For interested participants, emphasis on flyer flexibility and body position for the air will be available!

• Sophomore Cheerleader at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU)

• 4-Year Varsity Athlete at Mascoutah High School

• MVC All-Conference Athlete
