This class meets the “Property Management” requirement set by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. This class examines the right of tenants as stated in the Nebraska Landlord Tenant Act. It is a detailed look at virtually every action or situation that could arise in a landlord/tenant relationship.

CE and BAT Certificates
Keep a copy of your CE and BAT Certificates for your records; Do NOT send your Certificates to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission!

Errors and Omission Insurance
Even though you renew your Nebraska real estate license every two years; You must renew your E&O Insurance each calendar year.
