Agent's Representation AFTER Closing CE Class (3hrs)

This class meets the CE requirement set by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. This Course teaches real estate professionals how to legally and ethically provide value to buyers and sellers AFTER closing, including but not limited to strategies for client retention and relationship management.

CE and BAT Certificates
Keep a copy of your CE and BAT Certificates for your records; Do NOT send your Certificates to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission!

Errors and Omission Insurance
Even though you renew your Nebraska real estate license every two years; You must renew your E&O Insurance each calendar year.
