This course is the In-Person 63-Hour Pre-License Course required to obtain a real estate license in the State of Florida. The end-of-course final exam will be administered on the last day of class. Students must be present and achieve a passing score in order to receive the official Pre-License Certificate, which is required to qualify for the Florida Real Estate Exam.

Tuition & Refund Policy:

Tuition is refundable prior to the start of class, minus a $60 cancellation fee and the cost of course materials.
Students who request to transfer to a different course date prior to the class start may do so for a $25 transfer fee.
No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted after the class has begun. Please note that if you are not physically present at the scheduled start time, the class is considered to have started, and no refunds or transfers will be provided.

Attendance & Classroom Policies:

In accordance with Florida Statute, attendance is mandatory. Students are permitted a maximum of 8 hours of absence, regardless of the reason. There are no “excused” or “unexcused” absences.
Students who are ill or showing symptoms of illness are not permitted to attend class.
The use of cell phones, tablets, computers, or similar electronic devices is strictly prohibited inside the classroom during instructional time.

Course Format:

This is an in-person classroom course, not a livestream or online class. In the event that a government-issued stay-at-home order is in effect for the City or County in which the class is located in, or the State of Florida at the time of the course, the class will transition to a livestream platform.
