This workshop will test the emerging Purpose and Growth Framework against the organisational needs, purpose and success measures identified through earlier consultation.

Participants will help:

Test the proposed design principles
Explore how the approach could work for different employees and workforce arrangements
Test the Light touch, Core and Structured Growth pathways
Consider the proposed naming and language
Identify what should remain flexible and what should be consistent
Clarify what SAP should enable and what remains part of everyday people leadership

Participants do not need to have attended the first Performance and Development session. A summary of the Session 1 findings will be provided at the beginning of the workshop.

This is a practical, interactive workshop involving small-group discussions and scenario testing.

We are seeking a broad cross-section of employees and leaders from different roles, work areas, locations and workforce arrangements.
