To prepare for the September 1 launch, August will be our transition month. During this time, all Apex providers are asked to attend one virtual update session before teaching Apex courses after September 1.

During the one-hour session, we'll:

- Highlight what's new
- Walk you through the portal
- Demonstrate the updated administrative processes
- Show you where to find instructor resources
- Answer your questions

At the end of each session, we'll ask everyone to complete a brief online attendance form to confirm participation.
