6:11 Defense Intro To Pistols Class

The 6:11 Defense Intro To Pistols Class is intended for anyone who wants to learn safe firearm handling and the fundamentals of pistol shooting in a safe, zero-pressure environment. To help ensure a safe environment and to enable personalized, one-on-one instruction, our class sizes are kept small.

During the class, you will learn:

The rules of firearm safety and how to APPLY the rules to the real world,
Explore what size of pistol best fits your hands,
How to load and unload your firearm,
How to grip a pistol consistently and confidently,
Proper stance when firing a pistol,
How to aim the pistol,
How to press the trigger and not move the gun, and
Drills and techniques to practice on your own.

Students will also shoot various drills that will help them quantify their abilities and identify skills they want to work on. In addition to the live-fire portion of the class, students will also learn dry-fire drills and techniques they can use on and off the range to accelerate their skills development.

As with all 6:11 Defense classes, slots are limited to ensure a safe environment and personal, one-on-one instruction.

This class is held at a private range near Jackson, MO. The address will be emailed to you once you have registered.
