The National Association of REALTORS-approved Course that meets the quadrennial Ethics Course Requirement. This Course is a study of the REALTOR Code of Ethics. It serves as one of the four required classes for the Designated Broker Certification.

CE and BAT Certificates
Keep a copy of your CE and BAT Certificates for your records; Do NOT send your Certificates to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission!

Errors and Omissions Insurance
Even though you renew your Nebraska real estate license every two years, you must renew your E&O Insurance each calendar year.
