Awareness Through Movement™ uses gentle movement and directed attention to help you improve ease, comfort, and efficiency in movement. It builds new neurological motor patterns, helping you find freedom from habits that cause tension, strain, or lead to injury. Developing a more refined and open awareness and establishing more efficient alternatives to engrained habits, ATM offers the means to discover new ways of mobilizing into action, from a deeply embodied place.
