My experience

Working somatically—using inquiry, movement, slowing down and connected awareness of embodied sensation—I have helped my clients find clarity and forward-motion through grief, job changes, life transitions, and overwhelming past experiences. What I have seen is the wisdom of their body offering clues for what they're holding.

In the right circumstances, our bodies generously bestow knowledge and understanding of why we took on the shape we did. It provides generative energy to move into what is next.

The process of coming to the body with curiosity creates the opportunity for an answer that is unique to you. This is not a cookie cutter answer.

This is humorous, wise, and prescient guidance from your soma.
