Most organizations don’t have a shortage of AI ideas. They have a shortage of AI initiatives that are ready to deliver real business value.

Promising opportunities get stuck because the data isn’t ready, operational needs haven’t been considered, risks aren’t bounded, adoption is an afterthought, or no one has clearly defined how value will be measured.

AI-Native Value Architect is built to close that gap. In this 2-day, hands-on course, you’ll learn how to identify, shape, and deliver high-value AI opportunities—translating AI potential into initiatives that business and technical leaders can understand, support, and move into production.

This isn’t theory. You’ll work through a real initiative using the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle—Sense, Discover, Design, Deliver—learning how to take an opportunity from its first signal through the decisions and planning needed to make it real.

By the end, you’ll have:

A repeatable approach for identifying and shaping high-value AI opportunities
The ability to translate AI concepts into business language that engages stakeholders and builds sponsorship
Practical experience using the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle to move an initiative toward production
An AI-Native Solution Charter, Value Blueprint, and implementation plan that accelerate execution

Who this is for?

AI-Native Value Architect is for people who sit at the intersection of business opportunity and delivery—the people who help turn “Could AI help us here?” into “Here’s what we should build, why it matters, and how we move forward.”

You’ll fit right in if you are:

A Product Manager looking to identify where AI can create meaningful customer or business value
A Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer helping teams navigate cross-functional AI initiatives
A SAFe Practice Consultant helping organizations connect AI opportunities to business outcomes
A practitioner or leader who needs to bring business, technology, data, and stakeholders together around an AI opportunity

Business outcomes

Graduates of AI-Native Value Architect are equipped to:

Move AI initiatives out of the POC graveyard: Recognize the failure modes that stall AI pilots and help move promising initiatives toward production.
Find and shape the right opportunities: Identify high-value AI opportunities and develop them into initiatives with clear business outcomes.
Align business, tech, and leadership: Translate AI concepts into business language that engages non-technical stakeholders, builds sponsorship, and reduces rework and delays.
Design for execution, not just experimentation: Account for data readiness, operations, risk, adoption, and value realization before they become expensive downstream problems.
Create repeatable AI delivery capability: Build the skills and artifacts needed to launch and scale AI solutions across teams and the enterprise.

During the course, you’ll learn how to:
