Wellbeing for Farming is a relaxed and practical 6-week evening wellbeing programme designed specifically for farmers and their families.

Each week offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of farming, move your body, reset, learn something useful and enjoy a bit of social connection. The programme is friendly, informal and accessible, with an emphasis on having the craic, trying something new and making wellbeing part of everyday life.

Across the six weeks, we will explore:

🧘 Self-care – practical ways to look after yourself when life is busy
🩺 Health & medical screening – understanding the importance of looking after your health
🎨 Creativity – using creativity and reflection as a tool for wellbeing
🚶 Movement & physical activity – accessible stretching, mobility, cardio and yoga-based exercises
🧠 Mindfulness & stress management – breathing, grounding and techniques to help settle the mind and body
😴 Sleep & recovery – practical approaches to rest, recovery and managing stress
