Become a Certified AI-Native Value Architect

Move beyond experimenting with AI and develop the skills to turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

The AI-Native Value Architect certification prepares professionals to bridge the gap between business strategy and AI delivery—helping organizations identify valuable opportunities, evaluate feasibility and risk, guide solutions from concept to production, and demonstrate the value delivered.

Rather than becoming an AI developer, you develop the business, AI, facilitation, and value-realization capabilities needed to guide cross-functional AI initiatives. Scaled Agile positions the Value Architect as a dedicated role on the Agile Release Train (ART), connecting executives, technical teams, and end users.

What You’ll Learn

Identify and unlock AI value using the Value Maximizer Playbook: Audit, Activate, Optimize, and Centralize.
Evaluate AI opportunities before investing using feasibility filters and business-focused risk assessment.
Build enough AI fluency to discuss important solution trade-offs, including the economics of approaches such as RAG versus fine-tuning.
Guide AI initiatives through the Sense → Discover → Design → Deliver AI-Native Solution Lifecycle.
Translate an AI opportunity into a cross-functional AI-Native Value Blueprint.
Align executives, product leaders, architects, engineers, and end users around desired outcomes.
Move promising AI concepts beyond the proof-of-concept stage into production and scale.
Use AI-powered storytelling to translate technical results into business impact and executive-level narratives.
Demonstrate measurable value to strengthen stakeholder support and help secure continued investment.

Career Growth: Why This Certification Matters

AI transformation is creating a growing need for professionals who can operate between business leadership and technical AI teams.

It can help you build capabilities toward responsibilities such as:

The certification is especially relevant for:
