What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where crystal or brass bowls (and sometimes other instruments) are played to create sound vibrations to help the mind and body relax. Each bowl's frequency is said to have unique healing properties. Attendees typically lie on their backs or take a seat and close their eyes to relax and enjoy the experience.
