AGES: 18+

This 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class is designed for students from beginners to advanced. Each session begins with a warm-up and moves into a unique, steady flow tailored to the class's needs.

Cindy emphasizes proper alignment, offers hands-on adjustments if desired, and incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to help students work within their limits. Modifications are always provided. The class focuses on continuous movement at a manageable pace and ends with meditation.

Participants must bring their own yoga mat, 3” yoga block, strap, and a soft POOF (large Nerf-style) football.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
