CLASS FEES:

Initial Permit: $197.26 (Including Tax)
Renewal Permit: $85.30 (Including Tax)
Permit Refresher: $58.64 (Including Tax)

Unless otherwise specified, all NM CCW classes are taught on Saturdays and Sundays at the Los Alamos Sportsmen's Club.

Initial Permit Class (Saturday and Sunday, 8am to ~4pm, then shooting the course of fire on Sunday)
Permit Renewal Class (Sunday, 8am to ~noon, then shooting the course of fire until ~4pm)
Permit Refresher Class (Sunday, ~12 noon to ~4pm, no formal classroom requirement, activity is limited to shooting the course of fire)

IMPORTANT NOTE: At least 5 INITIAL PERMIT students must sign up by the Wednesday before the class. If a minimum of 5 initial permit students has not been reached by then, THE CLASS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE and your payment will be rolled over to a future class.

REFUND POLICY: CLASS FEES PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS I CANCEL THE CLASS. IF I RESCHEDULE A CLASS, YOUR FEE WILL CARRY OVER TO THE RESCHEDULED CLASS, OR TO ANOTHER CLASS ON MY SCHEDULE. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND A CLASS, YOUR FEE WILL CARRY OVER TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS OR TO ANOTHER CLASS ON MY SCHEDULE. SUBMITTING THIS FORM INDICATES YOU ARE AWARE OF AND AGREE WITH THIS REFUND POLICY.
