With scissors, these gorgeous images, and a little imagination, you’ll gather tiny fragments of mountains, forests, flowers, desert skies, and other natural wonders to create your own one-of-a-kind mindful mandala.

There’s no right way to make a mandala and no artistic experience needed. Simply follow your curiosity, notice the patterns emerging, and let the process become a small act of creative meditation.
