Step into a little pocket of stillness and let the wild world guide your hands and calm you mind!

Join us for a guided class with Jessica Caruso & Adrianne Roberts on how to incorporate mindfulness into creative projects!

In this creative workshop, we’ll wander through the colors, shapes, and quiet magic of nature using pages from Cut and Collage: National Parks & Woodland Creatures - choose which one you would like in your registration!

With scissors, punches, these gorgeous images, and a little imagination, you’ll gather tiny fragments of mountains, forests, flowers, desert skies, and other natural wonders to create your own one-of-a-kind mindful mandala.

There’s no right way to make a mandala and no artistic experience needed.

Come and make something beautiful while taking the time to relax before the holiday rush begins!

Class Includes:

An introduction to mindfulness and mandala making

All supplies to create your mandala
A copy of the book you chose to take home after the class so you can make more at home!
