Join us for a guided class with Jessica Caruso & Adrianne Roberts on how to incorporate gratitude into this busy time of year!

Jessica will begin with gentle mindfulness and guided gratitude practices, taking time to notice what is nourishing, beautiful, and worth celebrating in our lives.

Then, we’ll bring those reflections to life by creating our own gratitude wreaths. Using beautiful papers and thoughtful words and phrases, you’ll craft a one-of-a-kind wreath filled with reminders of the people, places, moments, and simple joys you’re grateful for.

Note: extra leaves can be taken home for your family to fill out and add to your wreath.

No artistic experience is needed and all supplies are included! Leave with a handmade piece of art and a tangible reminder to carry gratitude into the days ahead.

An introduction to mindfulness
Step by step instruction on how to make a beautiful gratitude wreath
All supplies to create your wreath to take home along with extra leaves if you would like your family to add to your wreath
