Prenatal Yoga

Last Sundays in fall, September 27, October 25, November 29

10-11am

Each hour long yoga class will be an opportunity to safely move and connect to your body and to your growing baby within. Yoga is a beneficial movement practice for the prenatal person and also provides mental stamina, as well as breath work, to aid in labor and delivery. Each class will end with a relaxing, guided meditation to connect to baby and release stress; great for the first time expectant mother and for moms already busy parenting other littles. Prenatal yoga is also a great place to meet other expecting parents and build community with those experiencing similar life changes.

As we build our prenatal community and get the word out, classes will be held once monthly on the last Sunday of every month. If there is interest, classes may increase to weekly. If you would like prenatal classes for yourself more frequently, please ask about the option of private classes held at the studio.
