Start the New Year with intention, creativity, and a fresh perspective.

Join us for a guided class with Jessica Caruso & Adrianne Roberts on how to incorporate mindfulness into creative projects!

We’ll begin with a guided mindfulness session designed to help you pause, reflect on the past year, and bring awareness to your hopes, feelings, and intentions for the new one.

Then, we’ll turn those reflections into a one-of-a-kind vision collage using images, words, colors, and textures that speak to you. Rather than focusing on resolutions or what you should accomplish, this experience is about exploring how you want to feel, grow, create, and show up in the year ahead.

No artistic experience is needed and all supplies are included!

Class Includes:

An introduction to mindfulness
Step by step instruction on how to make a beautiful collage silhouette of yourself
All supplies to create your collage to take home
A selection of hot teas will be served

Class is capped at 10
