This class is a "checklist" for evaluating a potential property the buyer may want to purchase. The "checklist" contains items that buyer's agents have failed to address that have caused license suspension, revocation, fines, etc.

To Avoid Taking Duplicate CE Courses
Please verify your completed CE Courses (already taken) by double-checking your Nebraska CE Course/Hours records at: www.nrec.ne.gov

CE and BAT Certificates
Keep a copy of your CE and BAT Certificates for your records; Do NOT send your Certificates to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission!

Errors and Omissions Insurance
Even though you renew your Nebraska real estate license every two years; You must renew your E&O Insurance each calendar year.
