Free Trance Healing (not online)

Sunday, November 8th, 1:15pm – 1:45pm ET (6:15pm UK/19:15h CET)

To join the healing, simply relax and receive, there is no call in.

Trance healing works in an altered state of consciousness, often referred to as trance state, allowing the energy to work through the practitioner. When I work in trance I enter the altered states and become a conduit for the energy. I step aside to allow divine energy, light and consciousness, as well as my spirit team to work through me. While the recipients can intent for a certain area to be worked on, the energy will most likely work, where it is most needed and what is in their highest and best good. Trance healing can work on emotional, mental, spiritual and physical level. It can create a great sense of rest, relaxation, balance and rejuvenation.

For the session: For the session it will be helpful to be in a calm and comfortable place, so you can best receive. You can sit or lay down. If you like, you can intent for a certain area to be worked on. I do recommend though, that you then let that thought go and simply allow the energy to work with you – it will usually go where it is most needed. Some people report, they experience different sensations, like tingeling, warmth or cold, relaxation, emotional release or mental calm or clarity.

Everybody experiences the healings differently, for some it might be very deep and strong at the time, others experience gentle and soft energetic support, or some might feel a shift days after the session.
