📌 Course Description

Junior Tennis Program – Yellow Ball (Ages 12–14)

This junior program is designed for young players aged 12 to 14 years who have developed a solid tennis foundation and are ready to train with the standard Yellow Ball on a full-size court.

Using the Yellow Ball, sessions focus on improving technical consistency, match-play skills, court movement, tactical awareness, and overall confidence in a more competitive tennis environment.

This is a term-based group course.

Sessions run once a week on the scheduled day and time shown above.

Sessions focus on:

Developing consistent and reliable forehand and backhand strokes
Improving serve, return, volley, and overhead technique
Building greater control, depth, accuracy, and shot selection
Developing effective court movement, recovery, and positioning
Improving rally tolerance and point construction
Developing tactical awareness for singles and doubles
Building match-play confidence and preparing players for Interclub and competitive tennis

Classes are run in small groups to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
