Designed specifically for forwards, this session will focus on:

Entries — Making the pass on entry/both sides of the ice, and opening up the body on strong-side entries.

Speed With the Puck — Maintaining pace through puck possession and keeping your feet moving when receiving passes.

Puck Strength & Takeaways — Staying strong on your feet with possession and learning to absorb contact both with and without the puck. Develop takeaway mindset and habits.
