Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group

Free monthly group, taking place on the 4th Wednesday of each month. There will be no group in November or December, we will be back on January 27th.

Losing a baby is one of the most difficult experiences a family can face. Whether your loss occurred during pregnancy, at birth, or during infancy you don't have to navigate your grief alone.

Led by Doula Paige Diaz, who has experienced pregnancy loss herself, this free support group provides a safe, compassionate, and discreet space to connect with others who understand. This group offers an opportunity to share your story, honor your baby, and receive support from others who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

There is not right or wrong way to grieve, and there is never any pressure to speak. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome to attend whenever you feel ready.

Who is this group for? Anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy or infancy. Partners, spouses, and supportive family members are also welcome.
