NOTE: THIS CLASS IS RUNNING OVER TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKENDS (DEC 5-6 & DEC 12-13)

Implementing SAFe

Leading a transformation isn’t about following a playbook.
It’s about helping people think differently, align around value, and actually change how work gets done.

This course is designed for the people responsible for making that happen.

In this immersive, multi-day experience, you’ll learn how to lead a SAFe transformation end-to-end—while also learning how to use AI to amplify your effectiveness as a coach, facilitator, and change agent.

You’ll leave with the ability to not only understand the framework, but to apply it in real organizations, navigate resistance, and help teams and leaders move toward better outcomes faster.

What You’ll Learn (and apply)

How to guide real enterprise change
Learn how to plan and lead a transformation through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership—not just theory.
How to identify value streams and improve flow
Understand how work actually moves through an organization, then design and launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs) that improve speed, alignment, and outcomes.
How to strengthen product delivery
Apply lean and agile product principles to help teams deliver value more consistently and predictably.
How to use AI to enhance your impact
Learn practical, responsible AI techniques that help you streamline work, generate insights, and solve complex problems faster.

Why It Matters

Organizations don’t fail transformations because they lack frameworks.
They fail because they struggle to align, to adapt, and to follow through.

Great SPCs change that.

This course helps you:

Lead with confidence in complex environments
Align strategy, execution, and people
Coach leaders and teams through real change
Use AI to accelerate learning and reduce friction
Create lasting impact, not just short-term momentum
