2 Hour Ice Session

Small-area games create more involvement, more repetitions, and more game-like, quick decision-making by reducing the playing space.

Development Benefits

More Puck Touches — More opportunities to handle the puck.
Decision-Making — Less time and space forces players to read, react, and make quicker decisions.
Hockey IQ — Players learn to recognize pressure, support teammates, find open space, and solve problems quickly.
Compete & Puck Battles — More frequent battles for possession and opportunities to win pucks back.
Puck Protection — Develops the ability to maintain possession under pressure in tight areas.
Creativity — Encourages players to find different solutions instead of following predetermined drill patterns.
Passing & Support — Increased opportunities to give, receive, and support the puck.
