Throw Clay like Swayze & Moore in this special Valentine's Day Date Night

Come join us for three hours of throwing & handbuilding clay with your partner or friend while enjoying amazing wine curated by Vine Arts, music spun by our wonderful DJ, and great company. You will be in expert hands as our instructors guide you through a crash course in wheel throwing & handbuilding techniques. By the end of the night, you and your partner will produce up to 4 beautiful vessels that we will then glaze and fire for you.

Includes: Wine, clay, instruction, glazing, firing, music, tools, etc. This evening will also include refreshments & charcuterie from our friends at Peasant Cheese!

Restrictions: This is an 18+ event.

Common Questions

Are tickets priced per person? How do I register for more than one?

Yes! Registration is priced PER PERSON.

After you finish registering yourself, you’ll be presented with a screen that offers the option to register another person to the same event.

A duplicate registration message will appear if the attendee name and email address combo is identical on a registration to the same event. While the same email address can be used to register multiple people, each registration must be associated with a unique attendee name.

What to bring? Wear?

Clay and tools are provided with the class. We have Workshop aprons for everyone if you would like one. Wear comfortable clothing that you won’t mind getting clay on, but do not worry as the clay we use won’t stain your clothes and will come out in a rinse or wash.

What do we make?

Each individual participant at Date Night works at their own pottery wheel and will get to keep two pieces they make during the event. We work with colourants in the last portion of the night so that you can add your own design and flair to the pieces.

When can I pick up my work?

The glaze and fire process will take three to four weeks. We will email the entire group with pickup details once the items are ready!

Do you provide a vegan wine option?

By request! Leave us a note with your registration.

Classes cancelled within 72h of the Date Night are subject to refunds only if a replacement is found for your signup. Classes cancelled anytime prior to 72h from the start date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Classes are subject to cancellations by Workshop in the case of low enrolment.
