TPC APPLIED KINETICS

FOR COMPETITION SHOOTING

MOVE FASTER. STABILIZE SOONER. SHOOT EARLIER.

2-Day Advanced Performance Training

Developed by a PhD in Sport Science. Integrated with TPC's proven practical shooting methodology.

Are Your Shooting Skills Faster Than Your Feet?

In practical shooting competition, speed isn't just about how fast you can pull the trigger. It's about how efficiently you can move, how quickly you can change direction, and how soon you can deliver accurate shots after arriving at a shooting position.

What if you could gain a competitive advantage without pulling the trigger any faster?

Introducing TPC Applied Kinetics for Competition Shooting — a unique 2-day performance training program that bridges the gap between athletic conditioning, biomechanics, and practical shooting strategy.

Developed by a PhD in Sport Science and integrated with Tactical Performance Center's performance-based shooting methodology, this course is designed to help competitive shooters unlock an often-overlooked component of their performance: the athletic ability to move efficiently and be ready to shoot sooner.

THE ATHLETIC ADVANTAGE

Train Your Body to Perform Like a Competitive Athlete.

Practical shooting is an athletic discipline. Explosive acceleration, effective braking, rapid directional changes, coordination, and dynamic balance can make the difference between a good stage performance and an exceptional one.

Through specialized sport-science-based drills, you'll develop and refine the physical qualities essential for competition shooting:

Explosive Acceleration: Improve first-step explosiveness and the ability to initiate movement quickly.
Effective Deceleration: Learn to control momentum and brake efficiently without sacrificing balance.
Rapid Directional Changes: Develop agility and coordination for fast, controlled transitions between positions.
Dynamic Balance and Stabilization: Improve your ability to regain stability quickly after aggressive movement.
Movement Efficiency: Eliminate unnecessary movement and wasted physical effort.

FROM ATHLETIC ABILITY TO SHOOTING PERFORMANCE

Physical Speed Means Little Without the Strategy to Use It.

The second critical component of Applied Kinetics is translating athletic capabilities into practical shooting performance.

Using TPC's principles of kinetic efficiency and movement management, you'll learn how to apply your physical abilities to real competition scenarios.

You'll explore:

Acceleration and Braking Strategy: Understand when to accelerate aggressively, when to begin decelerating, and how to manage momentum.
Efficient Position Entry and Exit: Reduce unnecessary time spent entering, stabilizing, and leaving shooting positions.
Shooting on the Move: Integrate body mechanics, balance, and shooting fundamentals during movement.
Movement Planning: Develop smarter stage movement strategies based on efficiency rather than simply maximum speed.
Faster Shooting Readiness: Learn to coordinate movement and stabilization so you can begin shooting sooner.

TWO DAYS. ONE INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE SYSTEM.

This isn't a traditional shooting class, and it isn't just another agility workout.

It's a systematic approach to developing the physical capabilities of a competitive shooter and learning how to apply them where they matter most — on the clock.

By combining sport science, targeted athletic drills, and practical shooting strategies, TPC Applied Kinetics helps you understand not only WHAT to improve, but HOW and WHY those improvements translate into better competition performance.

STOP LOSING TIME BETWEEN THE SHOTS.

You already train to shoot faster and more accurately.

Now it's time to train everything that happens between shooting positions.

MOVE FASTER. STABILIZE SOONER. SHOOT EARLIER.
