Build strength from the inside out with intention. This evening practice focuses on core and back strength, leg stability, and supportive movement, done in a small and slow way to develop your back, arms, and legs to be much stronger and steadier throughout the fall and winter season. A great practice for developing strength you can carry into everyday life.

Levels 2-3, and anyone open to a challenge

Class Reminder:

Please bring your own water, yoga mat, and any supportive props or items you may need to practice comfortably and safely, especially if you have an existing injury.
