Student feedback is one of the most valuable tools for enhancing your teaching practice, but interpreting Course Experience Review (CER) data can feel overwhelming. This hands-on workshop will equip you with practical strategies to access, analyse, and apply your CER results effectively. This webinar helps faculty interpret their CER reports beyond the overall score; instead analyse themes, and how to separate genuinely actionable feedback from noise.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

- Understand how to interpret quantitative ratings and qualitative comments
- Identify meaningful patterns and trends in student feedback
- Distinguish between actionable feedback and outlier responses
- Develop concrete strategies for using CER insights to improve your courses
- Create an action plan for responding to student feedback (closing the loop)

Whether you're reviewing your CERs for the first time or looking to deepen your analysis, this workshop will help you transform student feedback into meaningful improvements in your teaching practice.
