Instructor Leslie Davis

Fitness Over Sixty! We all know exercise is the magic health bullet! Popular instructor Leslie Davis is teaching her kinesiology-based workout founded on the Harris Method.

Come join us to meet up with old and new classmates. Pursue a healthy lifestyle and friendships in this low impact heart healthy class. The instruction emphasis is based on strengthening muscles, joints core and balance.

As we age the signal between brain and muscle response weakens. The guided Harris Method exercises in front of a mirror improves MINDFULNESS, and it focuses on MUSCLE MEMORY. BALANCE is integrated throughout the hour and can increase your stamina,

flexibility and quality of life through independent living. Nothing to it but to do it!

Have a towel, mat, a pair of 2 or 3 pound hand weights and water at your workout space.
