You hold space for everyone else. This is a space held for you.

We carry these words, passed to us by other wise women, as a guiding light: You can’t give from your sustenance; you can only give from your abundance.

Come fill your cup with us in a ceremonial workshop where we honor ourselves not just for what we give, but for who we are.

Caregivers of children and elders, teachers, clergy, therapists, medical workers, death doulas, leaders, community organizers, activists, and healers of all kinds: may you give to yourself with the same generosity of heart you give to others.

Meditation teacher Shey Khandro and Writing to Heal guide Valley Jane invite you into a safe, sacred circle of kindred souls to release and replenish.

Together, we’ll share simple, powerful meditation, writing, and energy practices you can reach for whenever you need them most.

Before the holiday season begins, give yourself this chance to breathe, to rest, to release what you’ve been carrying, and to meet yourself exactly where you are with compassion and kindness.

Bring: a warm cup of tea, coffee, or water; a journal and pen; a candle; and anything that helps you feel cozy.

We can’t wait to celebrate you.
