Our Under 7 program is geared towards our primary school players. We’ve developed basic exercises to introduce our participants to the sport of ball hockey while keeping it fun and exciting.

Throughout the 11 week program our players will learn how to hold a hockey stick, proper hockey stance, basic stick handling, passing and shooting. Players will complete a mini exhibition game towards the end of each session. Each session will focus on teamwork, having fun, building friendships, and gaining an understanding of basic ball hockey rules.

All sessions will consist of warm-up and stretches, basic important safety rules, hockey exercises and drills, fun games, exhibitions game, story time, stickers and a team cheer.
