Our Under 13 program is geared towards our oldest players. We’ve developed exercises and drills to continue challenging our players while keeping it fun and exciting.

Throughout the 11 week program our players will learn more advanced stick handling, passing, shooting and one-timers. This session will consist of various drills including: 1 on 1, 2 on 1, and 2 on 2 circuits, team relay races, advanced obstacle courses, and battle drills.

Players will complete a series of advanced endurance and conditioning training each week. In addition, players will complete an exhibition game towards the end of each session. Each session will focus on teamwork, having fun, building friendships, and gaining an understanding of advanced ball hockey rules.
