🍁✨ Falling Leaves Kids Yoga at Wildfire! ✨🍂

Saturday, November 7 | 9:30–10:30 AM | Ages 3–8 | $20

Get ready for a colorful fall yoga adventure! 🍁 This week at Wildfire, we're celebrating the changing seasons with a morning full of yoga, movement, music, games, and playful fall fun!

We'll stretch like trees, float like falling leaves, and explore balance, coordination, breath, and mindfulness through imaginative movement and play! We'll also begin weaving in themes of gratitude and appreciation for the beautiful world around us. 💛

Kids will enjoy:

🍁 Falling leaves yoga games & movement challenges
🌳 Playful yoga poses, stretching & balancing
🎶 Music, dancing & colorful scarf play
🌬️ Fall-inspired breathing & mindfulness
💛 Gratitude, kindness & appreciation for nature
✨ Relaxation and a chance to slow our bodies back down

This is a drop-off class, giving grown-ups an hour to themselves—or the opportunity to take an adult yoga class at Wildfire during the same time!

No yoga experience needed, and there's definitely no need to be "zen!" Just come ready to breathe, stretch, move, play, and enjoy some fall fun! 🍂💛

Note: This registration is for the kids' class only. Adults can register separately for a class at Wildfire Yoga & Wellness during the same time slot.
