🦊🌲 Woodland Animal Kids Yoga at Wildfire! 🍂✨

Saturday, November 14 | 9:30–10:30 AM | Ages 3–8 | $20

Get ready for a woodland yoga adventure! 🦊🌳 This week at Wildfire, we're heading into the forest to meet some of our favorite woodland animals through a morning full of yoga, movement, music, games, and imaginative play!

We'll stretch like foxes, balance like owls, scamper like squirrels, and curl up like sleepy bears! Along the way, we'll explore balance, coordination, breath, and mindfulness while learning about woodland animals and how they prepare for the changing seasons. We'll also continue weaving in themes of gratitude, kindness, and appreciation for nature! 💛

Kids will enjoy:

🦊 Woodland animal yoga poses & movement adventures
🌳 Playful stretching, balancing & forest exploration
🐿️ Animal-inspired yoga games & challenges
🎶 Music, dancing & imaginative play
🌬️ Nature-inspired breathing & mindfulness
💛 Gratitude, kindness & appreciation for our animal friends
🐻 Cozy bear hibernation relaxation

This is a drop-off class, giving grown-ups an hour to themselves—or the opportunity to take an adult yoga class at Wildfire during the same time!

No yoga experience needed, and there's definitely no need to be "zen!" Just come ready to stretch, balance, move, play, and explore the forest with us! 🦊🍁💛

Note: This registration is for the kids' class only. Adults can register separately for a class at Wildfire Yoga & Wellness during the same time slot.
