🧸✨ Cozy Pajama Kids Yoga at Wildfire! 🍂💛

Saturday, November 28 | 9:30–10:30 AM | Ages 3–8 | $20

It's a cozy pajama yoga party! 🧸💕 This week at Wildfire, we're wrapping up November with a special morning of yoga, movement, music, games, and cozy fall fun!

Come dressed in your favorite pajamas and bring a favorite stuffed animal friend to join the fun! We'll stretch, balance, dance, and play together before slowing things down with calming breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation. We'll also continue exploring gratitude, kindness, and appreciation for the little things that make us feel happy, safe, and loved. 💛

Kids will enjoy:

🧸 Stuffed animal yoga poses & playful partner activities
🌈 Fun stretching, balancing & movement challenges
🎶 Music, dancing & cozy pajama yoga games
🌬️ Breathing buddies & calming mindfulness activities
💛 Gratitude, kindness & celebrating the things we love
📖 A cozy yoga story & imaginative play
✨ Relaxation and a chance to slow our bodies back down

This is a drop-off class, giving grown-ups an hour to themselves—or the opportunity to take an adult yoga class at Wildfire during the same time!

No yoga experience needed, and there's definitely no need to be "zen!" Just come in your comfiest pajamas, bring a stuffed animal friend, and get ready for a morning of movement, connection, and cozy fun! 🧸🍂💛

Note: This registration is for the kids' class only. Adults can register separately for a class at Wildfire Yoga & Wellness during the same time slot.
