UvA Connects: Join SKITS for this social event: free hot chocolate and an ice-skating training.

Beginner or pro? You're welcome at our ice-skating training

You're welcome to join us for one of our weekly training sessions. We meet at the Jaap Eden Baan at 20:30 for a fun warm-up, followed by an ice-skating training session from 21:00 to 22:30. Our trainer and members will be there to help and share tips and tricks. So feel free to come, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro! Afterwards, we'll all enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate together.

About this student association

SKITS are a group of students who love being active, whether cycling, ice skating, or in-line skating, and at the same time, have fun and enjoy our student life. We come from diverse backgrounds and compete and practice at various levels. But most importantly, we want to have fun together.

This event is part of UvA Connects 2026.
