This class is designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers, with intentional movement focused on pelvic floor strength, pelvic flexibility and core activation.

You are welcome to join us in this very special yoga class led by Pelvic Floor Therapist and Yoga Instructor, Sujata Martin, owner of Pelvic Soul.

The class will focus on safe movement patterns that promote stability, recovery, and overall wellness during motherhood. We will conclude the session with a guided sharing circle discussion to foster community connection and support.

During Pregnancy: Learn movements and positions that can keep you more comfortable as your belly grows and may even come in handy during labor.
After Baby: Give some attention back to your own body with movement designed for the postpartum months, while your baby is welcome right alongside you.
Feel Better in Your Body: Stretch out tight muscles, move areas that may feel stiff, and give your body a break from all the sitting, feeding, carrying, and everyday demands of motherhood.
Time for You: Enjoy an hour to move, breathe, and do something good for yourself while connecting with other moms who are in a similar stage of life.
