Gentle Yoga • Sound Bath • Mocktails

It's time for a little relaxation, self-care, and a well-deserved night out!

Join us at Buddha Belly Doulas for an evening designed just for you. We'll begin with gentle, pregnancy and postpartum-friendly yoga stretches to help release tension, ease tired muscles, and encourage relaxation. Then, settle in for a soothing sound bath, where calming sounds and vibrations invite you to slow down, quiet your mind, and simply rest.

We'll also have delicious mocktails and time to mingle, chat, and connect with other expecting and new moms.

Whether you're preparing your mind and body for labor and birth or taking some much-needed time for yourself during postpartum recovery, this evening is an opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy a little something just for YOU.

No yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are, wear something comfortable, and enjoy!
