Course Facilitation Method:

• These courses are partially reading based and video based formats
• Participants will need to complete the course using a computer/laptop or tablet. Phones are not recommended.
• A reliable internet connection will be needed.
• The online course exam will require the student to have access to a webcam and microphone.

Textbook:

• The required textbook (North Carolina Real Estate Manual) is not included with this course and must be purchased from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission if you do not already have one.

Important Notes:

• Students must have a NC real estate brokers license in order to receive credit for post-licensing courses.
• Each course satisfies the 30 academic hours required by North Carolina to receive a certificate of completion and meet the post-licensing education requirement.
• Students may enroll in each course individually or choose the discounted three course package on the enrollment site.
• State regulations require that you take a proctored final exam. Proctored exams must be coordinated through The Go School of Real Estate. You must complete your course and contact Go School via email before you attempt the exam.
• Course completion, including the proctored exam, must occur within 180-days of enrollment. There are no options for extensions.
• Refunds for online asynchronous (self-paced) courses may be requested up to 48-hours beyond enrollment. There are no refunds after this deadline. There are no refunds for completed courses. A 5% cancellation fee is deducted from any refund for asynchronous courses.
