Go School of Real Estate

Go School is the only school I look at when scheduling my CE. Never disappointed!!

Most helpful Real Estate class I have ever had!

The course was intensive and thorough. You get out what you put it. That being said, Kelsey Mallett was an incredible teacher and I would highly recommend taking the course with her. She really cares about helping her students both retain the necessary information to pass the class and state licensing exam and learn about what it means to be a Real Estate Broker. Again, I’d highly recommend this course with Kelsey as the introductor!

I took all three of my post-licensing classes virtually with Kelsey Mallet and really enjoyed my experience! She explained the concepts really well and made sure we mastered the concepts. I loved the real life examples that she provided and how she was always open to questions!

I love goschool so much. I’ve completed everything with them from start to finish. From pre licensing to CU’s, you can’t go wrong with goschool. The materials and instructors are simply amazing. Kelsey Mallett was my instructor for all of my post licensing and I love her style.

After the stress that pre licensing brings, Kelsey makes post licensing a breeze! Her laid back demeanor made all post licensing courses fly by with no stress at all. Thanks to Michele, Kelsey, and Jason for all their help and dedication to their students!

I had a great experience attending GO schools pre licensing class with Kelsey Mallett as my instructor. She made learning the material fun and easy to engage and ask questions. Everyone involved at the school has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond to be available to make sure everyone is prepared for testing. I would absolutely recommend GO school if you’re looking to start your real estate journey! I look forward to taking post licensing with them in the future!

I was so nervous about taking this course online but thankfully I had a great instructor with many years of experiences and real-life stories to share for understanding. Neal (instructor) and Jason (director) also hosted additional review sessions outside of the normal class time for us to ask questions and gain understanding on topics we were struggling with or that would be high test areas. Unfortunately, this was not my first time taking the prelicensing real estate course but their extra efforts definitely impacted my overall success.

I will say, it takes EXTRA discipline to take this course online - and if this is your first time taking the prelicensing course, I may even advocate for taking it in-person, if that is an option. If not though, just make sure your study space is uninterrupted during class time so you can focus because there is a lot to learn within just a few months, understand that you MUST study outside of class (that statement is taken for granted sometimes), and know your vocabulary, laws and contracts. Biggest takeaway, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE this class. You will be humbled when you take the test.

I had the please of having both Rob and Jason as my instructors. Both are dedicated professionals. They present the content in a way that makes it easier to understand. They give so many additional resources to help students learn the material. Listen in class. engage and do your part as a student outside of class. Listen to them this is what they do! Study!!

By far the best pre and post licensing out there. If your looking to get your license and gain a solid understanding of Real Estate this is your course.

I had a wonderful experience with the Go School prelicensing class instructed by Diane Florio. Diane did an outstanding job making the material interesting and fun to learn. She applied real-life examples throughout the program making some of the unfamiliar information easier to comprehend and remember. The in person learning environment worked very well for me and the information was provided in a variety of different learning styles; textbook, mini groups, student presentations, polls, breakout sessions, etc. They did a nice job creating different opportunities to learn the material. Diane also extended herself individually and outside of normal classroom hours to provide extra assistance when needed. She responded to all my questions within minutes or less than an hour. She was very available and responsive. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to not only get licensed but to truly understand all the aspects of real estate in general.

If you are looking into a career as a real estate agent, this amazing school is what will get you there! Rob was such an incredible instructor and both Rob and Jason do everything they possibly can to help prepare you for the NC State exam. They were professional yet fun, have high standards for their students yet very kind and genuinely care about every single one. I’m so happy I chose this school and feel so lucky to have had Rob as my instructor!

I looked at a bunch of schools for this course and I’m so happy I went with goschool. We were set up for success from the start and it’s like they take your success in passing your exam personally! Jason is super thorough and Rob is a great teacher who is both effective and entertaining. I’ll be back for post licensing!

You’re an idiot if you go anywhere else for your CE. Okay. Maybe a little strong on the name calling. But in the 30yrs of being licensed…. GoSchool is a rare find of knowledgeable professionals that sincerely care about bringing valuable content into my career.
