Martyn's Law

The Terrorim (Protection of Premises) Act, more commonly known as "Martyn's Law" (after Martyn Hett, one of the 22 people killed at the Manchester Arena attack) is currently undergoing parlimentary scrutiny, and is expected to become law by May 2025.

The law will place additional responsibilities on certain venues with a capacity of 200 people or more, and on events organisers with a capacity of 800 or more.

The #ProtectZone

The #ProtectZone will feature specialist service providers who all share a passion for ensuring public safety and the introduction of Martyn's Law.

Stand holders will be invited to deliver a series of talks that are relevant to Martyn's Law and there will be a Question and Answer Panel featuring all of the Zone members at the end of the day.
