Firearms and Self Defense Laws. In other words, when MUST you use force in self defense. In some cases, this course MAY be used to further assist you in your goal of obtaining a ‘full carry’ permit in NY State.

AKA: Article 35 “Justification of Defense”

 New York State has a very specific attitude and potentially confusing laws regarding the use of force and deadly force. This lecture course will help you understand your abilities, and more importantly, your limitations, in the use of force and deadly force as an armed citizen. Created with information gathered from multiple legal sources and professionals, the information you will learn here will better guide you in your everyday life as an Armed Citizen.
