Rochester Personal Defense, LLC

Once you have obtained your NYS Guard License, you’ll need to attend and complete the 8 Hour Annual In Service course to continue your license.

In order to renew, you must complete (2) two 8hr Unarmed nnual In Service courses. (One per year).

This course will contain a review of the pre assignment course topics along with updates in laws, procedures, and more.  

Rochester Personal Defense, LLC has assembled a full team of NYS Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) certified instructors who have the updated knowledge and skills to train and certify you. They know the job and the demands and they also know how rewarding it can be. Their approach is easy to take but also serious about the material and helping you become a Security guard of the highest quality possible.

We even offer follow up training in spray, Taser, unarmed skills, shooting development, and more. Once you become certified, you'll want to do more training, we're here to help you get better!
