A Lotte Horses

Homeschool Riders!! Come ride horses and experience the holiday season at the ranch! All riders will take home some special projects they helped make themselves. All riding support provided, no experience needed.

Riders learn to ride their horse or pony and engage in horse care, horsemanship and ranch chores. We connect through games, circle, and craft activities.

Our day is led by our certified Waldorf teachers, Heather and Sushila.

Skills & Areas Explored:

• Connect and build relationships with the animals and other riders
• Build confidence in communicating with the horses & animals
• Improve balance, stamina and focus through ground work, riding, chores & teamwork
• Crafts led by our Waldorf teachers, enriching our time together and building on storytelling, creativity and dexterity.
• FUN!

Our day is designed for ages 5-14. Riders age 3-5 are welcome with an adult accompanying them. Riders age 14-17 are also welcome, provided they are happy to collaborate with younger riders.
