Hybrid Group: In-Person and Virtual 

Want to learn more about meditation?

During this 8-week program, participants will learn how to use formal meditation practices to:
  • Learn how to anchor the breath
  • Strengthen mind-body connection and explore visualization practices
  • Relax your mind and body
  • Soften into the present moment and lower anxiety
  • Connect with like-minded folks in a safe-space.
This program utilizes Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other interventions.

This group is held virtually over zoom and in person at the Centre at the same time. The facilitator will lead the group on Zoom. We will set-up a room at the Centre. . Registration is required as there is a capacity limit for the in-person group.
Masks are optional at the Centre. Please help keep everyone healthy, do not attend an in-person group program if you have a cough, fever or cold symptoms. Wear a mask if you have a persistent cough or if you feel more comfortable doing so.
