Keith is a superb teacher. he invites movement and beautifully narrates and supports the entry into the gaga experience. I highly recommend this class as a movement practice that brings joy and awareness.

I am inspired by watching the instructor and other participants move. I find the atmosphere friendly. It is nice that the class is planned both to the general public, and professional artists. Anyone can adapt exercises to their level. I like that the class is body and age positive. This is not always the case in the dance world and it is greatly needed.

Hi I really enjoyed tonights Gaga class with you! I love how it jangled up many body parts that need more help these days….It was a challenge to try to be conscious of so much at the same time and I had trouble remembering to move my feet! Also, hearing your flow of words during the class seems essential to finding/surrendering to a visceral head(body) space … so the music can’t be louder than your voice except maybe at the end!! Thanks Keith ☺️

Keith is an exceptional teacher. His pedagogy is clear and his approach to the material incredibly fun. The music is unexpected and and makes me want to move. After an hour of Gaga my body feels cared for and my heart and soul revived.
